One-On-One Services

Enhance your wellness journey with our one-on-one services. Need some extra help to calm your mind and body and feel centered? Does your body crave a much needed massage? Book a Reiki Session to really bring your self care full circle.

Training & Events

Anchor Barre hosts instructor certifications for various types of classes including our own Anchor Barre(c) method. We also like to hold special events and classes in the studio and also on site around the community.

Wellness is about more than numbers and tracking. At Anchor Barre, we take a holistic approach to fitness that aims to align your body and your mind. Every class ends with a guided meditation, and our Anchor Barre classes finish with a soothing, hands-on aromatherapy cool-down. We want you to leave our studio with not just tired muscles, but also a sense of peace and serenity.  

And our instructors? Get ready to meet some amazing, passionate women who use fitness to motivate and empower others. They understand the importance of adding meditation and mindfulness to a fitness regimen and genuinely care about the wellbeing of our clients. While our workouts are fun and challenging, it’s really our instructors who keep people coming back for more!
