  • Our signature Anchor Barre classes will get you looking and feeling ship-shape from head to toe. This 60-minute, full-body, low-impact class takes you through a series of exercises used by dancers for strength training and conditioning. Combining the best of ballet, yoga, and Pilates with light weights and isometric movements, Anchor Barre will help you develop toned lean, strong muscles. Each class finishes with a hands-on aromatherapy cool down and adjustment to enhance your relaxation, soothe your stress, and give you a moment to center yourself. If you don't feel like the hands-on part, no worries! Just let your instructor know and stay to enjoy the relaxation without it.

  • This class will blast you through many of the exercises used in our signature Anchor Barre class, but in 45 minutes. Instructors will combine some upper and lower body exercises to ensure that you get a full body work out. Wrapping up with a hands-on aromatherapy cool down and adjustment, you will reap all of the benefits and relaxation of signature Anchor Barre in a shorter amount of time.

  • Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks explicitly engineered for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating, 45-minute, full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.

    Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable, and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeal to men and women of all ages and abilities.

  • Kick It by Eliza® is a 13-round fitness method based on boxing and driven by the beat! You'll find high intensity interval training with cardio, kick boxing and rhythmic elements all set to energizing music and finished with a meditative cool down. Each Kick It class is designed to be fun and empowering for people of all fitness levels and backgrounds!

  • Get ready to sweat! Class starts with a 30 min. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout guaranteed to crank your metabolism and challenge your muscles and stamina. It is followed by an extended cool drown, stretch & savasana to lengthen those muscles and soothe your entire body & mind.

  • Want to really build some strength in all areas of your body? AB Power Up is a boot-camp style class that will challenge you in ways that our other classes do not. Fear not - we still end class with a stretch and savasana. Never the same class twice, you just need to come try it out!

  • This class perfectly blends 25 min. of the rockstar workout that is POUND® with 25 min. of our signature Anchor Barre class all wrapped up with a hands-on aromatherapy cool down.

  • This sweaty and soulful class combines the breath and flow of yoga with the light weights, pulsing, and shaking of barre mixed in. It will feature an eclectic playlist and finish with our hands-on aromatherapy cool down.

  • POUND® Unplugged balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick, efficient and challenging, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical and emotional.

    Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND® Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.
