+ What is Reiki?
Reiki can be defined as non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy that is guided by the Higher Intelligence, or spiritually guided life force energy. In a 30 or 60 minute Reiki healing session, the practitioner will begin with a conversation about Reiki, and what your particular preferences may be (Hands on vs. Hands off). There will be light aromatherapy and quiet, peaceful music in the background to assist in your healing and relaxation.
The session will close with a conversation about how you're feeling, and how you can keep the peace within your body after the session ends.

Drop In Rates:
- 30-minute Reiki Healing Session: $40
- 60-minute Reiki Healing Session: $70
+ Session Packs
- 4 Sessions - $140 (4 30-minute sessions or 2 60-minute sessions)
- 8 Sessions - $250 (8 30-minute sessions or 4 60-minute sessions)
- 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - CONTACT THE PRACTITIONER DIRECTLY IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE AFTER THE 24 HOUR WINDOW.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is a great addition to any fitness routine. Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to offer relaxation and assist the body in releasing tension and restrictions. This type of massage is performed fully clothed (comfortable attire you can easily move in) on a mat on the floor. The massage practitioner uses hands, elbows, knees and feet to apply an amount of pressure comfortable to you in a calming and relaxed setting - right at our studio.

- $100 for 90 minutes
- New Clients: $50 for 60 minutes / $70 for 90 minutes
