+ What is Private Training?
If you have never tried personal training before, here is the lowdown...
First, meet with your trainer and discuss your fitness goals, past exercise experience, and any physical limitations you are working through.
Your trainer will customize each session for you; building strength and flexibilty where you need it, and giving you a whole body workout with each session.

Clients choose to train privately for many reasons:
- Gain confidence in ability before group classes
- Want help with a specific problem
- Not comfortable in group classes
- Work around or through injury or pre/post-natal
- Want the benefit of personalized instruction
- Really want to amp up their fitness journey
+ Where & When Sessions take place
Private Sessions are offered when the studio is not used for group classes. Your session is completely private, as there will not be another class/session in the studio during your scheduled sessions.

+ How Often do Clients usually book Private Sessions?
This will really depend on what you have for goals, what else you are doing to reach those goals, and your own personal timeline. Before and during your first session, you will discuss this with your trainer.
However, as with all fitness regimes, consistency is key! Most clients who want to see consistent results come to sessions at least twice a week. Clients who are working on specific issues in conjunction with other means of exercise (such as our group classes) may only need to come once a week to get the results they are looking for.
Each client will work with their trainer to set goals and plan out a fitness routine that will be specific for them

Semi-Private Classes
We offer all class types on a one-on-one or semi-private setting. Whether you wish to begin your wellness journey with a personalized approach, learn the basics of a class before hitting the group sessions, or simply want to hold a class with only a few of your closest friends, private classes are a fantastic way to round out your wellness routine.
Semi-Private Class Party - $225 for 90 minutes
Gather a few of your closest pals and enjoy a personalized class all together - perfect for a birthday, bridal party gathering, or any other reason you like to get a few peeps together for some fitness fun. For more information or to book your own party, contact Melynda (see Scheduling below)
Includes a 60 minute, personalized class of your choice
30 minutes of studio time (usually 15 minutes before/after class). Additional time: $50 for 30 minutes
Limit of 8 people. Additional people are $15 each.
